Incepted in the year 1985, Perfect Engineering Works is one of the leading manufacturers & exporters of all kinds of Industrial Machine Knives & Blades under the well-known brand name 'Perfect'.

Our Mentor

Our company is managed by our mentors Mr. R.K. Verma and Mr.Navin R.Verma, who possess rich industrial expertise. Under the profound guidance of our mentors, we have grown leaps and bounds.

Mr. R.K. Verma - A Mechanical Engineer, he is the founder of our company. His mechanical skill with an extensive experience of 40 years in the manufacturing of Knives and Blades helped us to make niche of ourselves in the industry. Further, he has been actively involved in project planning, implementation and manufacturing activities of indigenously equipment fabrication and is able to deal at senior managerial and decision-making levels.

Mr. Navin R. Verma – A Mechanical Engineer with deep study in Metallurgy, CEO of our company and son of our founder Mr. R.K. Verma. He has an insightful experience of more than 14 years in the manufacturing Knives and Blades, which has assisted us in expanding our business network. With his young and dynamic personality, he has been enthusiastically leading our workforce to realize our pre- determined goals.

Our team of experienced professionals backs our robust infrastructure. Our team plays an essential role in production of our finest quality Knives & Blades. Their extensive manufacturing knowledge regarding every phase of manufacturing process enables us to meet the requirements of bulk and rejection free production.

We are backed with a team of enthusiastic workforce that encompasses talented workers and experienced marketing personnel. Our expert professionals keep themselves updated with the latest methodologies in technology and develop products as per the modern changes.

In addition to this, they work in close coordination with our clients to offer them custom-made Knives and Blades so as to meet their specific requirement

Infrastructure

We posses two manufacturing units, which are spread over an area of 14000 Sq.Feet and is equipped with latest and sophisticated machines. Owing to our quest for gaining competitive edge, we ascertain up gradation of our manufacturing units as per the technological advancement.

Reverse engineering is done using C.M.M., Profile Projectors, Spectrometer, etc.

Manufacturing done using state of art CNC Machining Centers, Vacuum Hardening, EDM Wire Cutting and Spark Erosion, Precision Grinding Machines, etc.
